WORKOUT DETAILS:
★ Hanging Leg Raise 10-15 reps
★ Jump Rope 30 sec
★ Push-Ups 5-10 reps
★ Jump Rope 30 sec
★ 10 mins cap with minimal rest between sets

TRAINING TIPS
👉 Hanging Leg Raise: As you can see I added some complexity to this exercise by putting a 🏀 between my legs. Not only is it more challenging on your core but it also makes your groin muscles work which provide medial stability to your hips and help control the position of your knees. You can regress by going a lying leg raise and substitute the 🏀 for a yoga block instead.
👉 Jump Rope: Any type of jumping here is fine. I used Double-Unders, Basic Bounce and Box Step.
👉 Push-Up: I am using dumbbells just to take pressure off my wrists you can use the ground and regress to your knees if you are not able to perform a full push up.

Sometimes the only way to create change is to turn things upside down. When we first started our Online Fitness Journey we wanted to have an impact on people. We wanted to take the things that we loved and had positively enriched our lives and share them with people in the hope that it could help improve others lives in some small way.
