ABS! As requested here’s a lil’ swipey-swipe video of a difficult circuit. Repeat this sequence for 3 rounds!
❗️First things first ❗️ Abs DO come from the kitchen mostly so here are some tips:
1️⃣ Eat 5-6 small meals daily
2️⃣ Drink 0.5-1oz of 💦 per lb. of body weight
3️⃣ CHILL on alcohol consumption 🥂
With that being said, training abs is still crucial because it adds definition and core strength, prevents injury, improves form, and allows your body to progress in the gym. ——————————————

Killed it training with bros @thabigdog 32 @boosted_fk last night doing squats! 💪 Hit 4 PR sets once I was amped up. 😁 Did 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 1x2 365 PR, 1x2 385 PR, 1x10 325 PR, and 1x25 225 constant tension reps PR (last 5 were just normal reps though)! 🤘 Awesome session with these guys and my bro @thabigdog 32 hit a huge PR with 365! He is climbing back up the ladder! Also my bro @boosted_fk hit big weight 1x3 315 and 1x11 225 ATG reps PR. ✊ We're all making those GAINS! 🙏 ...
