I Survived!!!😁 16 hour flight solo with my 7 month old...πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ˜† Feeling invincible right now! You have no idea how anxious I was about this trip... almost 90kg of luggage, 5 suitcases, a travel cot, stroller & carrying nappy bag, hand carry, handbag... and the baby... don’t forget the baby πŸ˜‚ I figured I should just expect the worst & anything better would be a win!  To all you parents out there, what are your travel tips for travelling with babies/infants?! Love to hear them!πŸ™πŸΌ

Killed it training with bros @thabigdog32 @boosted_fk last night doing squats! πŸ’ͺ Hit 4 PR sets once I was amped up. 😁 Did 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 1x2 365 PR, 1x2 385 PR, 1x10 325 PR, and 1x25 225 constant tension reps PR (last 5 were just normal reps though)! 🀘 Awesome session with these guys and my bro @thabigdog32 hit a huge PR with 365! He is climbing back up the ladder! Also my bro @boosted_fk hit big weight 1x3 315 and 1x11 225 ATG reps PR. ✊ We're all making those GAINS! πŸ™.
