Killed it training with bros @thabigdog 32 @boosted_fk last night doing squats! πͺ Hit 4 PR sets once I was amped up. π Did 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 1x2 365 PR, 1x2 385 PR, 1x10 325 PR, and 1x25 225 constant tension reps PR (last 5 were just normal reps though)! π€ Awesome session with these guys and my bro @thabigdog 32 hit a huge PR with 365!
