Good morning, happy Saturday! Today I can proudly say that I am officially finished the recipes for the breakfast ebook!!! Now it’s time to write them down. 📝 I’ll be in Turkey next week (another long distance travel-ahh my hormones love traveling 😑) and can’t wait to see my mom, family and friends and Trio of course!😻

🇹🇷🥒Turkish breakfasts usually includes; raw veggies such as tomatoes, cucumber, sweet peppers, greens such as parsley, mint, dill, arugula, eggs (in all variations), cheese (usually white cheese), bread or simit, butter, homemade jams, nuts, dried fruits, olives and the list goes on..
If you make the right decisions, Turkish breakfast is very healthy!!!

Half simit, hard boiled egg, black and green olives, goat cheese with black sesame seeds, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, dill.
