Double chocolate chunk brownies✨made in the blender AND pack a serious nutritional punch💪🏻
I’ve been working hard to incorporate anti inflammatory foods this week , but when a craving hits🤷♀️ .
Anti-Inflammatory Blender Brownies👇
Add the following ingredients to a blender:
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup sweet potato (steamed/cooled)
1/2 cup almond butter (I used @juliesreal cinnamon vanilla almond butter, added a little extra flavor, and a little bit of crunchy PB because I didn’t have enough JR)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
1 vegan egg (I used @bobsredmill but any vegan version should work)
2 tbsp molasses - if you don’t like molasses, try maple syrup!
Handful (or 2) of @enjoylifefoods chocolate chunks
1/2 sp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
sprinkle of salt
Blend until smooth, spread in a baking pan, top with chocolate chunks (optional), and bake at 350F for 30-ish minutes. * note - these aren’t that sweet! Add a little coconut sugar, or sub maple syrup for the molasses if you prefer! ...

Meet Lindsay - 39x marathon finisher, 50k finisher, and 50 miler finisher
At age 2, Lindsay lost all of her hair, and was diagnosed with Alopecia. She was bullied and teased, and spent 20 years hiding behind a wig. Often letting fear and insecurity hold her back from opportunities, sports was where she gained confidence. As she was winding up her collegiate basketball career, she knew she needed something to train and work towards, so she decided to sign up for a marathon to check it off her bucket list. Despite her minimal training, she got through it, and fell in love with distance running. She shares, "The distance and the way I felt; strong and empowered just clicked and I knew I wanted to become a marathon runner." A Sunday well spent brings a week of content they say. And today I got the chance to celebrate my uncle’s sobriety and graduation from his rehabilitation program. Hearing everyone’s testimony during the ceremony reminded me that everyone has a battle they’re fighting and all of our journeys are different.
