Which amazing movie from your country would you recommend? 🎥
Last night, I (again) watched the incredible Serbian movie called “Professor Kosta Vujic’s hat”. It is about anecdotes of this professor’s last generations of highschool students. It is based on a true story which just adds more value to it. I think that class gave the biggest number of students who became historically significant figures (and not only significant in Serbia). 🙂
One of the students is Mihailo Petrovic Alas. Alas gave huge contributions to study of differential equations and invented one of the first prototypes of hydraulic analog computer. He was one of 8 first permanent professors at University of Belgrade along side his highschool classmate, Jovan Cvijic. Wikipedia literally says for Jovan Cvijic that he is consider the founder of geography in Serbia. 😱
Seriously, watch this movie. I promise you will love it. It will also give you a sense of the place I come from (many situations from the movies you still have today). You have it on YouTube with English subtitles. If you do watch it, let me know. 😘
I am off to watching tennis and then doing some work. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. ♥️ ———————————————————
