I did it anyway...at home starting at age 43 with #cleaneating & a home #workout program (link in bio), using only dumbbells...and not only had a #weightloss of 80lbs, but found #muscle, and became a #strong more confident woman and #mom ... physically & mentally. .

I can’t believe how quickly the competition ended 😞 and being back in the UK just makes me miss the sunshine so much. ⁣
But at least I’m slowly getting back to my regular routine, finishing university work and heading back to the gym for some light active recovery work. ⁣
The competition revealed all these big and small weaknesses that need some work so I will definitely come back stronger. ⁣
Next stop, European Championship qualifiers next month. ⁣
