What you need...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Greek pita bread⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tsp olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
120g halloumi cheese⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 iceberg lettuce⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
12 cherry tomatoes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
12 pitted kalamata olives⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 tbs tzaziki⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 tsp dill⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What you do....⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Heat frying pan to medium heat and lightly coat with 1 tsp olive oil.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Place 1 pita bread in the frying pan and lightly fry on either side until it starts to golden. Repeat with other pita, cover in foil and set aside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Meanwhile, chop the lettuce, tomato and olives and slice the halloumi. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Drizzle the other tsp  of olive oil in the same frying pan and lightly fry the halloumi on each side until it is golden.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Assemble your pita by spreading with tzatziki and sprinkling with dill, the. Topping with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and halloumi. Roll up and enjoy!.

6 months back, she started her food page for absolute fun. She one day told me that she is going to deactivate her personal profile and wanted to focus as a food blogger. She told me that she wants to take this serious as she sees potential. This is how woman empowerment actually works where they do what they want to do. I never knew that she will pull this off so good and I'm really proud of her. She made 9000 followers just in 3 months. All the best for your food page to grow bigger and better. What does it mean to be a food blogger? Being a food blogger requires:
☆ lots of time in the kitchen developing recipes- many of which may turn out to be kitchen fails, but you eat it anyway- no matter how bad it tastes because otherwise it’s like throwing money in the garbage (at least that’s how I feel)
☆ it’s constantly learning photography, because if we’re honest, no one is going to make a recipe that doesn’t look delicious. And I know my photos are no where near perfect, and I often get frustrated but I keep pushing through, learning more everyday
☆ it’s writing thoughtful, exciting posts about food... which for me sometimes can be challenging- I’m always envious of witty writers and bloggers who come up with the best food puns. So I’m still growing here too!
☆ it’s a little bit of trying to please everyone, and for me with the niche I am in, can be sometimes very hard to convince non gluten-free meat lovers that they too can enjoy my recipes...
☆ it’s being a small business owner! If you really take blogging seriously, you can make some big money! But while it seems like food bloggers simply cook, snap, and post- there’s also a whole slew of small business tasks to complete too
☆ it’s keeping up with the internet and social media trends which idk about all my other food blogger friends- it’s the most stressful, time consuming, yet crucial part of our job
☆ ALL THAT BEING SAID, it’s amazing to be a food blogger. I get to be creative and I get to try new foods, and I get to hopefully inspire more people to try new, healthy foods. I get to share my story, my journey, my passion. I get to work from home, on my own schedule. I get to be with my kids and teach them work ethic and life balance (which sometimes I admittedly am bad at- like putting my phone down). I get to have a tad bit of financial freedom and not totally depend on my husband’s income

As a food blogger + recipe developer, I spend a huge chunk of my time thinking about creating new recipes. When I’m not eating my own recipes (or the leftovers), I’m often resorting to the same basic meals, like avocado toast or scrambled eggs. Basically, I don’t want to be thinking of new, creative recipe ideas in those in-between moments! That’s why I’m super excited to try out @platejoy over the next 6 months. They’re a meal planning service that creates custom meal plans, recipes + grocery lists based on a variety of personal factors (like dietary restrictions, preferences, health goals, time, and ingredients) 🙌🏼.

As a dietitian, I’m also keen to experience a meal planning app that I can recommend to YOU! So far, I’ve been loving the different features of the app + all the different recipes that it curates based on my needs. For instance, this week I wanted to use up peaches + quinoa, and I was given recipes for this Berry, Peach + Ginger Smoothie 🍑 and this Herbed Quinoa Bowl with Broccolini 🥦. Both were so tasty + showed me different ways to cook some of my favourite ingredients!

Dinner parties: I have a love/hate relationship with them. I LOVE being able to gather around the table with friends and family, conversing, storytelling, and laughing over a plate of delicious food. It's one of the things I adore about being a food blogger. Being able to share my love of food with others is such a powerful and special thing for me. Though the prep work it takes to execute seamless a dinner party is a lot of freaking work! So thankful to have Momma Crawford and Father in the kitchen helping me cook, prep, style photos, and clean up. Today I'm taking it easy by catching up on some school stuff, blog work, and doing as little as possible. Thank goodness I have a few of these Mini Quiches left to munch on! Filled with turkey bacon, chives, fresh parsley, and shallots, these were definitely a winner last night at the party. This recipe and more will be coming to the blog very soon!.

🦐叁嘗卷($128) - 將日本嘅豆紙用黎做卷物,最特別嘅就係佢張粉紅色嘅豆紙,令成道菜嘅色彩更豐富😍用豆紙將吞拿魚丶炸蝦丶牛油果等材料包住,再加添蒜蓉辣味沙津醬,口感同味道都相當豐富。平時我好鍾意食炸蝦卷,今次重要加埋牛油果同埋張咁靚嘅豆紙,都幾特別下👅👅

Throwback to this yummy 😋 breakfast 🍳 @stereorestaurantandcafe . We ordered many different types of dishes but we loved “Stereo Breakfast” the most 
Omelette, mix cheese 🧀 , beef bacon 🥓 or sausage, wedges potatoes, fresh bread 🍞 basket 🧺 , fresh juice or tea or coffee ☕️ we also added some fresh mushroom 🍄 as an extra . I ordered my favorite Carmel Macchiato & also the Americano was very good. The portions are really huge & generous with very reasonable prices 💰 . #breakfastgoals #breakfastideas #breakfastlover.
