I spent so many hours googling what the dream programme was, the best way to eat, the best macro split, the ideal amount of cardio, ab moves, booty builders, you name it. Sure the education is kinda interesting/helpful but the stress is not 🙈
I wish someone had just told me that there isn’t a “perfect” programme. That part of getting it right once means get it wrong LOTS. That’s where you learn, that’s where you grow, develop, evolve and every time you do you get that tiny bit wiser, that tiny bit stronger and that tiny bit closer.
No one person’s lifestyle is identical nor should it be. Your body, lifestyle, the way you move, the way you eat, the way you live isn’t up for debate or approval and there are a million ways to move. Results come from consistency, effort and kindness. Consistently showing up, regularly giving your all, and not being a dick to yourself in the process. 👊🏻

This weather is realllllly killin my motivation to go to the gym lately. I’ve only worked out 3x in the past 2 weeks 😅💀 I’ve felt so unmotivated and just flat out lazy. It’s so easy to skip a workout to just let your body recover but then that one rest day turns into 2 and so forth😰 -

Sitting at a comfy 117-118lbs, maintaining through cardio 2-3x per week plus hiking 1-2x per week. Keeping the diet lower fat with adequate protein and having higher calorie days on fridays prior to my heavy day. Want to be at a consistent 117-117.5lbs before the meet and from there I’ll do an easy water cut to 114.5lbs (52kg) which is about a ~2-3% cut.
After the meet gonna recomp and build up these baby quads and get dat booty poppin again can’t wait!! ...
