Did you get out an move your body today? Or did you come up with excuses as to why you couldn’t?
Here are some ideas if you your too busy for the gym.
1. Take the stair or park far away and walk.
2. Take 10 minutes of your lunch break to go for a walk.
3. Do lunges, jump squats, planks, pushups and crunches on commercials.
4. Take the dog for a walk.
