Meal planning 🕚🍽
Mahlzeiten zu planen und herzurichten gehört zu meinem Alltag und ist auch unverzichtbar zur Zeit. 
Klar ist es manchmal nervig aber im Nachhinein bin ich immer froh wenn ich meine Tupper einfach schnappen kann und was zu essen habe. 
Aktuell versuche ich meine Strukturen etwas zu ändern!
Ich möchte versuchen noch mehr Mahlzeiten tagsüber zu mir zu nehmen und abends vor dem schlafen gehen nur noch etwas kleines zu essen. 
Warum?
Mein Körper erfährt zur Zeit schon genug Stress durch Arbeit, Lernen, Training und Co. und daher möchte ich ihm wenigstens einen erholsamen Schlaf geben, ohne dass im Schlaf noch groß meine letzte Mahlzeit verdaut werden muss. 
Ich werde das Ganze Stück für Stück ändern um auch zu schauen wie es sich am besten in meinen Arbeitsalltag integrieren lässt ☺️

My kinda CST day 
This exercise consists of quickly and forcefully flexing and then extending the hips and knees to drive the bar upward from the shoulders while pushing the body underneath. The bar finishes in an overhead position. The push jerk exercise requires a rapid hip and knee extension to accelerate the bar off the shoulders.

I was so happy that my shoulders didn’t give up on me this morning when I tried to crush them with various shoulders exercises 😅😂!. My only plan is to be consistent in the next few weeks with proper progressive overload. We will see how stubborn my shoulders can be 😳😳😆! Wish you all a great Wednesday workout 🥰🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
