🍓 Always sippin on my @ehplabs Beyond BCAA’s during the day to help make sure I am well hydrated.

I have always struggled keeping up with my fluid intake until recently. Adding 1 scoop of beyond BCAA’s not only makes water taste SO delicious, but it’s great for recovery and muscle soreness too!

I usually have 1 scoop pre workout in the AM with a litre of water, followed by the same amount during training. P.s strawberry daiquiri is now one of my favourite flavours 🤤

I think something that’s underestimated is how hard it is to gain muscle. Muscle doesn’t just appear overnight, it comes after months and years of hard work. Progressively overloading your muscles, eating lots of food, consistently going to the gym, getting enough sleep, not being under stress, etc. A lot of things have to align in order to see real muscle growth. Don’t ever get discouraged if you’re not seeing a change in your body right away! Never compare yourself to someone who has been workout out for 4 years, but never sell yourself short. You can achieve anything you want to. Ask questions, word hard, make goals. 🌟.
