Often times when people post photos of their fitness progress, the first question people tend to ask is “what’s your diet like?” or “what’s your training routine?” 🥗🏋️♀️
Someone with an amazing physique might be doing KETO. Does that mean if you did KETO too that you would look like her? What if #carbsarelife ? 🍨
Someone else with sugoi sculpted abs might do power lifting. Does that mean if you started vigorous strength training that you’d look like that too?⚡️Not necessarily.
There’s no magic formula or product that can give you results that someone else has ✨ They might be doing X now, but what about everything else along their journey that has led up to this result? ⚽️🏀🥊🏂
But we do ALL have our OWN magic - and that’s our individuality. You’re YOU and that’s your superpower 🦄
