Same pose several months apart. 
This is what I’ve been working on for the past several months. Growth. I’m proud of both pictures. How I’ve shred down and happy with my current growth. Working on my weak points. 
I’m just enjoying the process. 😉
This is a side by side comparison to show you guys what putting in months and month effort can take you. When I cut down the next round , I want noticeable improvements in my physique. If you want to see growth you have to eat and change habits in order for it to occur. Or you will look the same. I personally strive for improvement. (That’s just me..)
I hope this inspires someone if your stuck and don’t know what to do(:

My focus is now 100% on the gym and building my online coaching platform. No more distractions, no more excuses. It’s time to put in that work💪🏻.
