10 minutes to go through everything.
From waking up to sleep.
What did you do?
We do so much more than work.
Clean, multiple rooms, clothes, cars etc.
Look after others
2. Your journey is not about how quickly you can get to a certain place, if you're focused on that, you are missing the point of the journey & learning nothing, every part needs to be experienced, that includes enjoying the chill days.
Now that you've thought about it, 🗣Speak to yourself.
'Hang on, I'm giving myself a hard time about chilling when I have done a lot. Look how far I'm coming in my life journey & growth, my life is not about productivity & perfection, it's about the journey. Today I will enjoy the guilt free NOTHING moments & show my family it's ok too. Nothing moments, That looks like what ever I feel like doing. 😎'.
