To be successful, whether it’s as an athlete, entrepreneur, musician, etc. you have to commit to continuous improvement. Having a goal is completely fine, but let’s remember that winners and losers have the same goals. What sets them apart is their commitment to the process. ⁣

Achieving a goal is just a momentary outcome, so instead of focusing on the goal, focus on the process and continuous improvement, that’s how you will set yourself up for success.
