여성 15분 모시고 거제 하이킹 캠프를 진행하려고 합니다. 11월 8,9,10일 / 2박 3일이에요.
(문화 기획자인) 은주(@geojeeunjoo )님을 뵈러 거제에 다녀올 때마다 느낀 것이 있었어요. 공기가 너무 좋다. 피부가 하루 밤 만에 좋아진다. 바다에도 산이 넘쳐난다. 산이 좋다. 섬이 이국적이지도 않은데 평범하지도 않다. 조용하다. 여유롭다. 친근하면서도 낯설다. 외롭지만 괜찮다. 확실히 외진 곳이다. 그래서 다른 삶이 가능하겠다.
매번 은주님의 집에서 자면서 밥 먹고 반려견 탱자(삽살개)와 백이(진돗개)랑 놀고 산에 가고 바다를 보면서 석양을 바라 봤고. 서로의 삶과 일 얘기는 멈출 줄 몰랐고, 두 배는 더 빠르게 흐르는 시간을 안타까워하며 서울로 돌아오곤 했어요.
그러다 보니 이 상황 자제가 굉장히 소중해졌어요. 참 아이러니하죠. 평범한 쉼이 결코 평범하지 않다는 게..
거제 캠프는 이런 마음으로 시작했어요. 저의 하이킹 프로그램을 참여하셨던 분들이라면 어떤 이야기와 분위기일지 조금은 아실 것 같은데요, 정말 편하게 쉬고 건강하게 웃으며 다시 일상에 힘을 넣고 싶은 분들께 추천해 드리고 함께 하고 싶습니다.
일정에 금요일이 포함돼 어떨지 모르겠지만, 세심하게 고민해서 가격 결정했어요. 잠자리 깨끗하고 편안할 거고요. 자연으로부터 얻는 에너지는 예상 보다 더 클 거라고 확신할 수 있습니다. 새로운 감각과 경험을 위한 티(tea)와 체험도 넣었고, 오히려 나를 몰라서 편안함을 주는 나와 같은 타인들과 이브닝 파티도 할 거예요. 무엇보다 은주님의 펜션 자체가 이미 환상적인 공간이 되지 않을까 해요.

Often less discussed is how you actually FEEL.
Sometimes you feel like it and sometimes you don’t - right?
Think of it this way, when you feel like shit how do you act? I’d guess like shit?! When you feel and act like shit what do you reckon your results will be⁉️You guessed it - SH!T😏
So how about if you are feeling good, positive, confident and empowered - how will you act?⚡️
Are you motivated and driven? Do you think this state will help you be your best, take your best actions and get your best results? Hell yeah!💯 When you ‘feel’ like it - you know the destination (goal) and you know the journey to get there (plan), we need both - but most importantly you need take action. Taking action is always best from an optimal state. Focus on feeling your best, so you can act your best and in turn get your best results. #LivingYourBestLife
The biggest take away completing my Grad Cert in Neurolinguistic Programming was anything amazing you ever achieved came from your STATE. Your state is how you feel, it’s your E-Motion aka your Energy in Motion.
Know the destination but don’t wait for it to be happy (kNOw FINISH LINE).
Know the journey but don’t wait until you ‘feel’ like doing it (kNOw LIMITS).

Back in May I had a really bad health scare that put my ability to ever run again in question. After intensive surgery, 6 weeks of recovery, and a lot of antibiotics; I was cleared to run again.
16 weeks ago I went for my first run back and struggled to run 3 miles. Getting back into marathon shape was extremely challenging, but fortunately I made it to the start line.
This @chimarathon was a special one for me given everything that’s happened. A big thanks from the bottom of my heart to everyone that supported me. I couldn’t have gotten across that finish line without you all. You’ve helped this old dog find his fight again. 📷: @ptylerphoto ...
