What's your vote: vegan donuts or vegan apple fritters?? (RECIPE BELOW!) These apple fritters have gone absolutely bonkers on the insta and I couldn't be more proud of these lil' dudes! 
Quick note - these guys don't last because of all that moisture in the apples - which is the excuse I've always needed to eat em all at once!

VEGAN APPLE FRITTERS 🍎For the Apple Fritters 🍎
2 tbsp ground flax seeds (chia or linseed are also great)
4 tbsp water
2 baking apples (large! Peeled, cored and cubed)
2 tbsp lemon juice
45 g vegan butter (melted)
150 g plant milk (I used oat)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
195 g plain white flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cardamom
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
Vegetable oil for frying

To Make the Apple Fritters
- Combine the ground flax seed and the water. Whisk together in a small bowl and set aside to thicken.
- In a medium bowl, toss the peeled, cored and cubed apples in the lemon juice to stop them browning. Set aside.
-In a medium bowl, mix together the melted vegan butter, plant milk and thickened flax egg.
-In a separate medium bowl mix together the sugar, flour, baking powder, spices and salt.
-Add the butter, milk, flax mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well to combine to form a thick batter. Using a slotted spoon, add the apples to the batter, leaving behind any extra lemon juice in the bowl. Mix the apples into the batter well and place in the fridge.
-In a high-sided medium saucepan, add a few inches of oil and bring to around 175c. (I use a probe or candy thermometer to make sure the temperature is right).
-Once hot, add a heaped dessert-spoon of the batter to the oil. Allow it to fry for around 30 seconds before carefully flipping it over and frying until golden brown all over. Use a slotted spoon or a spider to remove the fried fritter from the oil. Place on a wire cooling rack to drain while you cook the remaining batter.
-Once all the batter is cooked, allow the fritters to cool fully for around 15 minutes.

I know for me, bowls like this always make me feel my best, and for me that’s incentive to keep eating this way. 👏🏽

Chocolate Tahini Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats

Hola gente, cómo andan? 🙌🏼 vieron que el otro día nos juntamos con @v1nidiesel para hacer un video? Bueno, ya está disponible en su canal de YouTube 🤘🏼🥳🎊 Realmente la pasé súper bien haciendolo, me divertí un montón ❤️ espero que les guste y que vean lo fácil que es preparar estas hamburguesas riquísimas!

HAMBURGUESAS DE LENTEJAS 💛
(Salen 18 aprox.)
2 cebollas medianas
2 ajíes medianos
500gr de lentejas
1/2 taza aprox. de pan rallado o salvado de avena
1/4 taza aprox. de lino molido
Condimentos a gusto: pimentón, sal, pimienta, condimento para pizza, condimentos para chimichurry, comino, ajo, orégano, tomillo, romero, etc.

1. Hervir las lentejas hasta que estén tiernas y quitarles el agua.
2. Cortar los ajíes y las cebollas en cubis y saltear con aceite vegetal a elección en una sartén a fuego alto hasta dorar. Agregar condimentos.
3. Colocar las verduras salteadas sobre las lentejas y procesar un poco con minipimer, para mejorar la textura.
4. Agregar pan rallado, lino molido y más condimentos. Mezclar hasta formar una masa densa.
5. Formar bolitas grandes con las manos y llevar a horno hasta que estén compactas y doradas
6. Disfrutar con lo que quieran! ❤️

Niby klasyczny obiad, ale jednak w trochę niecodziennym wydaniu. Widzimy tu gotowane ziemniaki, buraczki i wegańskie ”kotlety”, które są wykonane z kani. Właściwie jest to KANIA W CIEŚCIE NALEŚNIKOWYM. Oczywiście możecie też wykonać ją w wersji panierowanej, obtaczając na przykład w płatkach kukurydzianych. Wtedy bardziej będzie przypominać tradycyjnego kotleta. .

Tłuszcze: 8g

- 4 spore kapelusze kani,
- 120g mąki (ja użyłam 60g pszennej i 60g owsianej: wybierzcie taką, jaką lubicie),
- 2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek/oleju,
- sól, pieprz, majeranek, zioła,
- woda

Wykonanie:
Kapelusze myjemy i osuszamy. Mąkę mieszamy z przyprawami w głębokim talerzu. Stopniowo dolewamy wody, aby uzyskać konsystencję ciasta lekko gęstszego, niż naleśnikowe. Na rozgrzaną na patelni oliwę, kładziemy kapelusze, obtoczone z obu stron w cieście. Smażymy na średnim ogniu, po kilka minut z każdej strony, do zarumienienia..
